As Glo Co’s Co-Creator + Strategic Growth Partner, you will support:
• Scaling and structuring systems for sustainable growth
• Relationship-building with aligned funders, partners, and collaborators
• Expanding activations, physical space(s), and offerings
• Grounding the movement in sound strategy while protecting its soul
This is an opportunity to help shape a brand that already has momentum, clarity, and a strong creative identity. The role begins as equity-based, with a path to compensation through shared wins and financial growth.
Who We’re Looking For
You are:
• Entrepreneurial, heart-led, and experienced in building something from the ground up
• A connector, collaborator, and doer
• Grounded in values of integrity, equity, innovation, and cultural transformation
• Experienced in areas like operations, fundraising, business development, or brand partnerships (or a unique mix of your own talents)
Most importantly, you believe in building with intention and you’re ready to partner with a brand that’s already rooted in vision, authenticity, and emotional resonance.
